A Taste of Decadence by Louise
Description

Founded in 2014 in London, A Taste of Decadence by Louise specialises in the most opulent and dramatic cakes on the market in Portugal.

"I pride myself on my finely detailed work and application of designs. All of my beautiful sugar flowers are handmade and every detail is captured beautifully. I love to tailor a design to reflect your individual personality and event styling.

After your guests have admired the look of the cake, they should not be disappointed by the taste! My cakes are layered and masked in delicious Belgian chocolate ganache and perfectly shaped to allow me to keep the fondant ultra-thin and achieve my tailored corners and lines. You can combine any of my cake and filling flavours to suit your own taste and menu."

Louise has extensive experience in the 5* food industry and over the years has worked in several prestigious restaurants including London restaurants The Lanesborough Hotel, Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's and Michelin Star restaurant, Chapter One.
